Meet AJ Auld

AJ Auld has spent more than 25 years building, scaling and selling companies. He has founded six businesses. Titanium Lacrosse grew into one of the largest club lacrosse organizations in the country before it was acquired by True Lacrosse. 4Privacy, a privacy-focused cybersecurity software company, was acquired by innerActiv.

As an investor, AJ has backed venture funds including TRAC and Rebel Fund, which invests only in Y Combinator companies, and he invested in Clarus R&D, which was acquired by TriNet. He has invested in and advised AI companies, and he brings hands-on experience across capital markets, venture capital, private equity, fundraising and finance.

He founded Building Better Holdings in 2024 to bring that experience to the home services industry, pairing the craftsmanship of great local companies with the capital, systems and technology to take them to the next level.

Outside of work, AJ coached lacrosse for more than a decade, is a member of the Ohio Lacrosse Hall of Fame, and serves on the Ambassador Council at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
